The British Thoracic Society has published a new Clinical Statement for the diagnosis and management of Ocular Tuberculosis. The Statement is the result of a joint effort between TB and ophthalmic specialists and aims to support clinicians dealing with this disease with a pragmatic approach for its diagnosis and management.
We interviewed Professor Onn Min Kon, the Chair of the group behind the statement, to get a feel of why this document was needed and how it will help practice. The interview is available on our features page.
